Summer Reunion Bower/Baker

The photos below are from our scouting trip this afternoon to prepare for the Baker/ Bower reunion this summer.

The closest accommodations are here at the Crystal Cove Bed & Breakfast. Although you can't see it from the photo, this location has a spectacular view of the lake. It is within walking distance of the house we will be renting.

Slightly further away, probably necessitating driving--unless you want to walk for 1/2 a mile to a mile, is the Old Southern Inn and the Bradford Inn. Old Southern appears to be modest, but nice. The Bradford Inn appears to be a top notch establishment--very nice. Either way, both are within a mile of the house we're renting.

Although many of the extended family will be staying in accommodations nearby, we expect many meals, card games and much conversation to take place at the house we'll be renting for the week. When you look at the photos, remember that they were taken on January 13.

Here is Paul enjoying the afternoon on the deck at our lake home for a week. Notice the hot tub in the background.



















Here you can see Jennifer gazing out across one of the many coves on Tablerock Lake. This is just down the hill from the deck of the house. The beach is rocky, but there is easy access to the water.

Anyone want to bring a boat? A canoe maybe?

The friendly chocolate lab in the photos appears to belong to the neighbors. We can't say if he'll be attending or not.




















Look back up toward the house from the beach and this is what you'll see. Notice both an upper and lower deck. There will be ample room for lots of fun with family.
